World Pasta Day: Where To Get Fresh Pasta In Chattanooga

Just as everyone's Irish on St. Patrick's Day, there's a little bit of Italian in everybody on World Pasta Day. Pasta is tasty, versatile, and just plain fun to eat, making it a favorite of our real estate agents. On October 25th, head to one of these top Italian restaurants in Chattanooga for a pasta meal of your choice.

1. Boccaccia Ristorante Italiano - 3077 S. Broad St., Chattanooga, TN 37408

From the brick exterior of the historic Southern Saddlery building to the charmingly romantic ambiance inside, you'll feel transported to Italy when you dine at Boccaccia Ristorante Italiano. Fresh pasta dishes, including the signature lasagne Emiliana, are made from authentic recipes Boccaccia's chef brought along from his native Northern Italy. Make a reservation to celebrate your birthday at Boccaccio and receive a free pasta dinner and a slice of chocolate cake. Boccaccio serves dinner beginning at 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and reservations are recommended.

2. Provino's Italian Restaurant - 5084 S. Terrace Plaza #5, Chattanooga, TN 37412

Provino's Italian Restaurant has been a Georgia institution since 1977. Local diners were thrilled when the popular Italian eatery chose to open their only location outside Georgia close to Chattanooga homes for sale. While customers rave about favorites such as Zita al mondo, with sausage, ground beef, ricotta, and mozzarella, the real star is the soft, buttery garlic rolls that come with every order. Too tired to cook? Pick up one of Provino's family meals, complete with salad and garlic rolls, in servings for four or six. Provino's opens for dinner service at 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday, while doors open at 11:30 a.m. Sunday.

3. BiBa's Italian Restaurant - 5918 Hixson Pike, Chattanooga, TN 37343

Family-owned BiBa's Italian Restaurant is that classic neighborhood joint near Hixson homes for sale that's perfect for dinner with the kids or a meet-up with good friends. BiBa's is particularly known for its delicious seafood pasta dishes, such as shrimp scampi and linguine with clam sauce. All pasta is made to order, so it's presented to you as fresh as possible. Dinners include salad and BiBa's famous garlic knots. Lunch and dinner are served seven days a week.
